Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your shipment. We need to inspect, pack, and ship out a series of processes to ensure that our products are delivered to you accurately and quickly. It may take longer to process orders during the holidays.

Free Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on all orders worldwide. Shipping times are estimated and provided by our shipping providers. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the delivery provider to ensure timely delivery. If you experience any delays, please send an email to our dedicated helpdesk at equipment@greatpoolgroup.com, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Typical shipping times for in-stock products are as follows:
USA: 7-13 business days
UK: 10-14 business days
Canada: 9-13 business days
Australia: 7-13 business days
New Zealand: 5-10 business days

Shipping time for pre-ordered products:
Based on the regular time, plus the time for product production, the general pre-sale time is 1 month. The specific time will be clearly marked in the product description.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times provided on our website are sourced from our designated shipping provider and are approximate estimates. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the designated delivery/shipping provider within the specified timeframe. Global supply chain challenges may also affect shipping times on occasion.

Dispatch and Tracking of Goods
You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our local warehouse. For FedEx/UPS deliveries, you will receive tracking information in an email.

Checklist
Check all packaging for damage. Please confirm that you have received the correct items according to the delivery note. If there is any breakage or damage, please contact us promptly.
Please do not discard the package until you are sure there is nothing wrong with it.

About Taxes
We deliver worldwide without additional duties or taxes due on delivery. The price at checkout is the final price you pay. In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government. These fees are not imposed by our site, and you will be responsible for the charges.
