When will my order ship?

How do I check the status of my order?
You can view your orders and tracking information on the My Account page.
How long do I have to initiate a refund?
If there is any issue with the product received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery.Â
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you've purchased the wrong items, sizes or colors, or even you've filled the wrong address and would like to make a change, please contact us as fast as you can. As we're fulfilling really fast after getting your order, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed successfully.
If you would like to cancel your order, we're hoping you can think over again. We believe you will be loving your items purchased from Vinsus.  If you decide not to ship your order, Please contact us as fast as you can.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Return Policy, once your order has been delivered to you.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number and link.
You can also go to the mailbox of the email that you were using to place order at Vinsus and search key words "Lizzic" on your mailbox, find the shipping notification email including tracking link from Lizzic.
Why do I only receive part of my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Items which have inventory will be shipped first.Â
If all the packages are all delivered and you believe there is item/items missing, please contact us.
Why was my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
- The item(s) sold out.
- The item(s) stopped selling.
- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
